 | Short Run Color.
Many printers use our digital press to provide high quality
short run four color work to their clients. Many of these
printers also run color copiers but have found the HP/Indigo
presses to be useful printing on substrates that cannot be
run through a copier. With the HP Indigo press finishes
such as varnish, UV and film lamination can be applied and the
finished piece can be die cut and folded and glued. |

HP/Indigo press you already know what an incredible piece of
equipment it is. You also found out that ink does not
adhere well to certain stocks. Wall Printing can sapphire
coat almost any stock so that you can successfully run it on the

| Folding/Gluing and die
cutting. If you are located in NC, SC, VA, TN or GA
we can provide folding/gluing and die cutting services on our
two Universal straight line folder/gluers and four die cutters.
We specialize in folding and gluing packaging such as boxes,
bands, CD jackets and booklet tags. We can apply cold and
hot glue, and fugitive glue, as well transfer tape. Stock
can range from 10 pt (#100 cover) to e-flute. |
| Offset Printing.
We operate six offset presses to supplement your existing
equipment. Most of our customers utilize our five color
Komori or Roland for their four color work. However
several larger shops also use us for their shorter run work as
well. We print on everything from tyvak to 24 pt board.

| Flexo Printing. We
run several six color Mark Andy flexo presses to serve your
customized label needs. They have UV, film, taping and fan
folding capabilities built in. We do a lot of prime label
work, but also get involved in shipping and thermal labels, as
well as roll tags. We can fan fold up to a 24" label. |
| Stringing. We
operate Whirlwind stringers which are used to put a variety of
types of string into tags. We carry a wide selection of
string and can have string custom dyed to match your samples. |
